| the required information. We will send you a mail to confirm your booking within the next 24 working hours. |
| b) You can also send a mail to info@iqc.com.hk with detailed information of the booking to be made. |
| c) You can also choose to become a member, register online and create your private account. |
| It's free, convenient (you can check all your reports online) and without any commitment. |

| How long before shall I book my inspection? |
| |
Advance booking 5 days prior to the inspection date is required. |

| What happen if my supplier is not ready, and I have to postpone / cancel the inspection? |
| |
A Request made by you and acknowledge by us 48 hours prior to the inspection date will be subject to a penalty |
| |
of 50% of the inspection fee involved. |
| |
A request made at inspection day will be subject to a 100% penalty. |
