The Final Random Inspection (FRI) takes place when production reaches 100% (or the percentage of products completed accepted by yourself) with at least 80% of goods packed and ready for shipment.
We adopt internationally recognized sampling procedures such as ANSI / ASQC Z1.4,ISO 1259, ISO 2859-1, BS 6001, GB 2828, NF X06-022 and DIN40080, more commonly known as AQL. Please refer to AQL table sample to have a better understanding on how it works.
This inspection can let you know whether quality and quantity of produced goods meet your specifications.
Note: Performing a FRI alone prior to releasing a shipment may not prevent or uncover risks that might appear at early stages of the production.
